If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about who you are or where you're going, you're not alone. Life often brings moments of confusion, loss, or transition that can make it hard to feel like yourself. But these moments also hold the possibility for growth and change. In therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, clarify what matters most, and move toward the life you want to live. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and adults of all ages and backgrounds, honoring your unique story while supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Inspired by the meaning of APRICITY, the warmth of the sun in winter, I strive to offer a space where healing and growth can take place, even in life’s harder seasons.
